HUMAN Dance Performance at Grace Cathedral

Artists Alexander Diaz and Charlotte Keefe have created a dance performance that not only shares the stories of homeless residents of San Francisco but also includes members of this body of ostracized and neglected citizens in the piece.

Alexander Diaz and Charlotte Keefe met while studying at the Alonzo King LINES Ballet Training Program and have performed with a number of cutting-edge contemporary dance companies.

“Alexander Diaz has a towering presence but was almost unbearably fragile in his duet with Charlotte Keefe … they share a potent, soul-stirring energy … raw and vulnerable.” –San Francisco Chronicle

Charlotte works at Episcopal Community Services where she met the homeless residents in the performance. She is a parishioner at St. Ambrose in Foster City and was part of Fr. Jay’s children’s and youth ministry there.

The dance performance is being held at Grace Cathedral. Click here to buy tickets.
