Starting in July we will move to one service on Sundays at 9:00 am. We will use Rite I (traditional language) during July and Rite II (contemporary language) during August. As always, nursery care is available for little ones, and a summer program for kids — Summer Wonder — will begin at 8:45 am through the first half of church for children in grades K-6. We’ll resume our two-service schedule in September.
Want to support the clergy on Sundays? Wonder about the meaning and mechanics of the Sunday service?
Consider becoming an acolyte. We have a strong group of adults that serve at 8:00am and youth that serve at 10:15am. We welcome new members and we are there to support you as you learn. Youth acolytes must be in 5th grade and up. Adult acolytes must be at least 18 years old.
There will be training on Sunday, September 30 at 11:45am in the St. Matthew’s Conference Room, focused on basic acolyte skills.
Lunch will be provided.
