Individuals and families young enjoy exploring the great variety of trails and scenic places in the Bay Area. Our group seeks to nurture and deepen the awe for God’s wonderful creation by sharing the wonder of God’s creation with a group of like-minded hikers. Along the way we pause to offer several prayers and for those who find it meaningful we offer the Eucharist at a spot of beauty and inspiration along the way. We gather at St. Matthew’s parking lot to carpool on the morning of the hike. Watch for postings. Hikes are scheduled on Saturday mornings.
Previous Hikes: The El Corte de Madera Creek Open Space Reserve, located along Skyline Boulevard, The Russian Ridge Outdoor Space Reserve, and Land’s End Coastal Trail which is in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
