We welcome everyone, especially visitors to the Bay Area, to come to St. Matthew’s as we gather for a Eucharist service at 10:00 am on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28, 2019. This service provides an opportunity, with music and prayer, to gather, reflect and give thanks for what might be close to one’s heart on this special holiday. St. Matthew’s is one of the few parishes that offer a Thanksgiving eucharist in our area.

Thanksgiving Day is listed among the major feasts in the Episcopal Church calendar.  It is one of two national holidays that are also part of our church list of Holy Days marked to be observed throughout the year (the other is Independence Day).
